Turn off AI features
One switch turns off Capable's AI features for the whole site. Some organisations need that switch to exist before they will install anything.
Turning it off removes the AI buttons and screens rather than greying them out, so nobody can reach them by another route.

Policy requires AI features to be unavailable.
A pilot where you want the drawing features but not the generative ones.
Evaluating the app under a restriction you intend to lift later.
#What you can set
Setting | What it does |

Capable Diagrams (Zero Egress) has no AI features at all, so it has no switch to turn off.
#A few things that catch people out
Turning AI off does not delete diagrams that were generated with it. They are ordinary diagrams.
The setting is site-wide; there is no per-space AI toggle.
In the Capable suite the switch covers AI across every Capable feature, not only diagrams.
The Capable agent in Rovo chat is part of Atlassian Rovo and is not removed by this switch. Rovo is managed by your Atlassian organisation admin.
