Fix DMN editor problems
Three questions cover most DMN editor reports, and the first is a design decision rather than a fault: a new DMN model opens as an empty default table, because that is what most people want next.
The rest are the usual browser-level checks.

#A few things that catch people out
A new model with one empty table is correct, not broken.
Thumbnails lag saving by a few minutes, like every other preview.
