Mindmap (Excalidraw)
The reason to draw a mind map in Excalidraw rather than in Mermaid is that several people can push it around during a workshop, and dragging matters more than tidiness.

#How to build it
Step | What you do |

1 | Put the central idea in the middle as an ellipse and lock nothing yet. |
2 | Add first-level branches around it, spacing them generously. |
3 | Bind arrows to the shapes so branches follow when you rearrange. |
4 | Colour each first-level branch differently and let its children inherit that colour. |
5 | Group each branch when it settles, so it moves as a unit. |
#Making it your own
Generate first, organise second. Rearranging during generation kills the session.
Keep one idea per node; a sentence is a note, not a branch.
Convert the settled version to a Mermaid mindmap if it needs to live in documentation.
