Do viewers need a licence?	They need a Confluence licence, as they do to read the page. There is no separate diagram seat.
What happens if the licence lapses?	Diagrams stop rendering, but the source stays in your site and comes back on renewal.
Is there a limit on diagrams?	No per-diagram limit. Size limits exist and are listed in Reference.
