Find diagrams on your pages

Diagram text is indexed, so a label inside a shape is findable from ordinary Confluence search.

#Ways to find one

The list gathers every indexed diagram in the space, each thumbnail naming the page it sits on and who made it.

Looking for	Do this
A diagram whose title you remember	Search the title as normal.
A diagram containing a particular label	Search the label text; shape text is indexed.
Every diagram in a space	Use Capable Search with a diagram filter. See Integrations.
Diagrams nobody links to	A space graph shows orphans. See Space graph macro.

Indexing is not instant. A brand new diagram takes a moment to become searchable. The page itself is correct immediately.

You only find diagrams on pages you can read.
Text inside an imported image is not indexed; only real diagram text is.
Very large diagrams index their text but may truncate at the limits in Reference.
