What is Capable Diagrams
Capable Diagrams is a diagramming app for Confluence Cloud. It puts the drawing surface inside the page, so a diagram is part of the document rather than an image pasted next to it.
#The problem it removes
Without it, the usual workflow is: draw somewhere else, export a PNG, paste it into Confluence. That works exactly once. The moment the design changes, the person who needs to update it either lacks the original file, lacks the tool, or does not know where either lives. So the page quietly goes stale and everyone learns not to trust it.
When the diagram lives on the page, the person reading it is the person who can fix it.
