Everything on this page is a known limitation rather than a fault to report. Each one has a cause we understand and a workaround that takes less time than raising a ticket.

If your problem is not listed here, it is not known. Please do report it. Troubleshooting covers the common symptoms first, and anything that survives those checks is worth telling us about.
