BPMN examples
Five processes, each chosen to demonstrate a different part of BPMN: parallel work, escalation, returned work, two pools, and sub-processes.
Each page lists what the process contains and the order to build it in, which is faster than describing every element position.
Build these in the BPMN editor. BPMN files carry their own layout geometry, so these are build recipes rather than pasteable XML. Use token simulation on each one before you publish it.
