Find and reuse
The second most common waste after redrawing is duplicating: the same architecture diagram pasted onto four pages, then updated on one.
#What is covered
Find diagrams on your pages. Searching by title, by language, or by the text inside a shape.
Reuse one diagram on many pages. One source, many places, updated once.
Copying a page copies its diagrams as new, independent diagrams. That is usually what you want, but it is not reuse. If you need one source shown in several places, use a reference rather than a copy.
