Saved calendar's page sources are all off and cannot be turned on
What you are seeing
A saved calendar's page sources are all off and cannot be turned on.
#Why it happens
Page sources only apply when at least one page-derived event type is enabled. With only "In-calendar Events" on, every page toggle is forced off.
#What to do
Turn on "Native page dates" or "Capable Events" first.
