Five views: Day (single-day time grid), Week (time grid for the week with an all-day row and a now-indicator line), Month (day grid, the default), Year (twelve-month overview) and Agenda (a week-long chronological list rather than a grid. This is the product's "list" view).

#Where you do it

Day view for Friday 8 August 2025, with an all-day bar at the top and a timed event running from 8am to noon.
Day narrows the same grid to a single column, which is the clearest way to see how long a timed event runs.
Year view for 2025 showing month grids for July, August, September and October, with plus more labels on the busier days.
Year lays out twelve small month grids, with a count standing in wherever a day holds more events than will fit.
Week view for 28 July to 3 August 2025, with an all-day band of event bars above an hourly time grid starting at 6am.
Week keeps the all-day items in a band across the top and gives the rest of the day an hour by hour grid.

Page editor → insert "Calendar (Capable)" (Suite) or "Calendar macro (Capable)" (standalone)

Point a page calendar at a shared, saved calendar

Auto shows the byline where relevant. In the Suite that means only on pages Capable has already indexed as carrying dates. Always forces Calendar on for the space; Never hides it there. This is the generic per-capability

#Worth knowing

  • The survey called the "By Page" colour mode unreachable. That is wrong: it is not selectable on the Calendar macro, but it IS selectable on a saved calendar's Color Scheme.
