Capable Dashboard

A resizable widget named "Calendar", helper text "View upcoming dates from pages", combining recently-viewed pages, pages you are mentioned on, and the indexed date range. This is the only surface that uses the date search index.

Auto shows the byline where relevant. In the Suite that means only on pages Capable has already indexed as carrying dates. Always forces Calendar on for the space; Never hides it there. This is the generic per-capability
