Your calendar feed is ready the moment you create a subscription, so your calendar app has something to show from its very first check.

After that, the feed keeps itself up to date:

  • Whenever someone creates, edits, moves or deletes an event, the change usually reaches your subscribed calendar app within 5 to 15 minutes.

  • The refresh happens in the background, so saving an event is never slowed down.

  • If you make several changes in quick succession, they are gathered up and usually land together in a single refresh.

If it has been more than 15 minutes and a change still has not appeared on your phone or desktop, refresh the calendar in your calendar app.
