Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook
Follow any saved calendar from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, and its events sit alongside the rest of your day. Each person makes their own personal, read-only iCal feed link, and one-click buttons hand it straight to the app you use.
#Subscribe to a calendar
Open the saved calendar you want to follow.
Select the Subscribe button (the calendar-plus icon), then Create subscription link.
Choose Google, Apple or Outlook. Google opens Google Calendar with the feed ready to add. Apple opens the webcal:// version of the link. Outlook opens the add-from-web page in Outlook on the web.
If your browser blocks the hand-off, select Copy and add the URL to your calendar app by hand. To see a link you have already made, select Subscribe again.
#Worth knowing
It is read-only in one direction. Changes made in the external app never come back to Confluence.
Changes in Confluence usually reach your calendar app within 5 to 15 minutes.
Each person gets one active link per calendar. Creating a new one revokes the previous link, and Revoke link in the Subscribe panel switches yours off.
