Indexing tab is missing from settings in the standalone Capable Calendar app

What you are seeing

You're using the standalone Capable Calendar app, and its settings have no Indexing tab.

#Why it happens

That's by design. The standalone app doesn't include the Indexing tab, but content indexing still runs as normal. There's just no tab for it.

For everyday use, nothing. Indexing carries on without the tab.

If you need to run or check indexing yourself, use the Capable Suite. You'll find it under Confluence settings → Capable → Indexing.

Setting	Where	What it does
Indexing tab	Confluence settings → Capable → Indexing (Suite only)	Where an administrator runs or checks content indexing. Indexing still happens in the standalone app; it just has no tab for it.
Calendar subscriptions	Confluence settings → Capable (Capable Calendar in the standalone app) → Features	"Let users subscribe to Capable calendars from Google, Apple, or Outlook via a personal iCal feed. Turn off to disable subscriptions for all users." Only appears when the installed app includes the Calendar capability.
Calendar (global settings tab)	Confluence settings → Capable → Calendar	A card called "Calendar subscriptions" listing the personal iCal feed links your users have created, with user, calendar, status and created date. The list is paged with Previous and Next. Only Confluence administrators can see the list.
Calendar capability visibility	Space settings → Capable → capability list → Calendar	Auto shows the Calendar byline where it's relevant. In the Suite, that means only on pages Capable has already indexed as having dates. Always turns Calendar on for the space, and Never hides it there. It works the same way as the visibility setting for every other capability.
