Got events in an .ics file from another calendar app? You can import them into a saved calendar from the calendar catalogue. It's a one-way import: events come into Calendar, and nothing goes back the other way.

#Worth knowing

  • It's a one-off. There's no ongoing sync, so later changes to the .ics file won't show up in Calendar.

  • Recurrence is dropped. Repeating events come in without their repeat pattern.

Better with company.
