Manage calendar subscriptions for your Confluence site
To manage calendar subscriptions for your Confluence site, open the Calendar page as a site administrator and choose Global settings under Manage in the sidebar. The Subscriptions tab lists every personal iCal link with its owner, calendar, status and date, and lets you revoke one or all. The Features tab turns subscriptions on or off.
#Before you start
You must be a Confluence site administrator. Space administrators do not see Global settings.
Revoking is permanent. A revoked link cannot be brought back; its owner has to create a new one.
#Steps
Open Capable Calendar from the Apps menu, or Capable and then Calendar in the suite.
In the sidebar, under Manage, choose Global settings.
Open the Subscriptions tab to see every link. Use Previous and Next to page through, 25 at a time.
To stop one link, click its bin icon and confirm Revoke. To stop every link on the site, click Revoke all and confirm.
To stop people creating new links, open Features and turn off Calendar subscriptions.
#What happens next
Revoked feeds stop updating in people's calendar apps straight away. Turning off Calendar subscriptions only stops new links; existing links keep working until you revoke them, so do both to shut subscriptions down completely.
#If it does not work
There is no Global settings entry. You are not a Confluence site administrator. Use Confluence settings, Capable, Calendar if you are one and the entry is still missing.
The tab says Could not load calendar subscriptions. The subscription service did not answer. Click Retry. A genuine permission problem shows Confluence admin permissions required instead.
