Calendar for Confluence

Capable Calendar turns the dates already living on your Confluence pages into real calendars, and adds shared, saveable calendars of its own.

You get three page macros (Calendar, Clock and Event), a full Calendar page where you create and manage saved calendars, a page byline showing how many dates a page contains, a card for the Confluence homepage feed, a Capable dashboard widget, and a panel and column in Capable Search. Events come from three places: Capable Event macros on pages, Confluence's own date chips on pages (in paragraphs, table rows, tasks and decisions), and events saved inside a Capable calendar.

Anyone who is signed in can also create a personal, read-only iCal subscription link, so Google, Apple or Outlook can follow a saved calendar. Confluence administrators can see and revoke every one of those links from a global settings tab.

My calendar month view for October 2026, with events from several calendars colour coded and a legend along the top
My calendar pulls events from several saved calendars into one month view. The legend along the top shows which colour belongs to which calendar.
