What you are seeing

You changed a page's SEO settings, but the site still says "Preview matches Confluence", as if nothing has changed.

#Why it happens

The change counter spots new work by checking when each page was last modified in Confluence. Saving SEO settings in the side panel doesn't change a page's last-modified date, so the counter can't see your edit.
