What you are seeing

You added a custom domain that genuinely belongs to your company, but it was blocked as brand impersonation.

#Why it happens

Every requested domain name is checked automatically by AI to catch brand impersonation. Like any automated check, it can occasionally get it wrong and flag a legitimate domain. There is no allowlist you can add your domain to in advance, so a blocked domain needs a review by our support team.

#What to do

  1. On the blocked domain's card, select Contact support for a review.

  2. Include proof that your organisation owns the domain.
