What you are seeing
Uploading a logo or cover image fails with "Failed to upload image".
#Why it happens
Images are stored as attachments on a dedicated Confluence asset-store space, and that space is missing or unreachable.
#What to do
Check the CAPABLEASSETSTORE space exists and the app can reach it. Note the file uploads the moment you pick it, before you press Save.
