What you are seeing

My chat widget / marketing tag / third-party script does not run on the published site.

#Why it happens

Published sites send a strict content policy that only permits scripts from Capable, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Released, the Jira Service Management widget, Statuspage and the draw.io viewer. Everything else is blocked with no visible error. Author JavaScript in the HTML macro also needs a tenant admin toggle.

#What to do

Use the built-in Integrations settings where one exists. Otherwise the script cannot be added.

A published help centre with a support form titled Talk to Capable open in the lower right, powered by Jira Service Management.
The Jira Service Management widget is one of the built-in integrations, so it runs on the published site without a script of your own.
