Table from CSV
Renders an interactive data grid from a CSV file attached to the page - no table in the body.
For data that arrives as a file rather than as something you would hand-type: an export from a reporting tool, a price list, a survey dump. Attach the CSV to the page (or upload it straight from the macro's config panel) and the macro parses it in the reader's browser into the same grid the Table macro produces, with the same display, header-colour and charting settings. Updating the numbers means replacing the attachment - the page itself does not change. It is the same code and the same configuration as the Table macro, differing only in where the rows come from.
