A panel on each image's detail view listing the pages that reference it, driven by Capable's search index. Only Image reference macro usage is counted.

#Worth knowing

  • Deleting an image gives no warning that pages reference it. The 'Used on Pages' count is only shown on the image detail page, never in the delete path.

  • 'Used on Pages' only counts Image reference macros, and only after indexing. Native inserted copies and gallery macros are invisible to it. Indexing runs on page-change triggers filtered to licensed sites, so an unlicensed or evaluation site indexes nothing, and a pasted reference link that was never re-saved carries no stored image id to index. The list is also capped at 25 pages.
