A page shows 'This image could not be found' where an image used to be
#Why it happens
The library image the macro points at has been deleted.
#What to do
Restore or re-upload the image, or edit the macro to point at a different one. Before deleting any library image, check its 'Used on Pages' panel first. The delete action gives no warning that pages reference it.
