What you are seeing
A page shows 'This image could not be found' where an image used to be.
#Why it happens
The macro on the page points to a library image that has since been deleted.
#What to do
Restore or re-upload the image, or edit the macro to point at a different one.
Before you delete a library image, check its 'Used on Pages' panel. The delete action does not warn you that pages still use the image.
