What you are seeing
An image cannot be edited before inserting
#Why it happens
Images over 3 MB cannot be opened in the image editor. The same 3 MB limit applies when you load a page attachment for editing or import it into the library.
#What to do
Resize the file and upload it again. Capable shrinks files over 3 MB automatically when you import them. If one still will not fit, you will see 'Image too large for editor (N MB). Max 3 MB.'.
