An image cannot be edited before inserting
#Why it happens
Images over 3 MB cannot be opened in the image editor. The same 3 MB ceiling applies when loading a page attachment for editing or importing.
#What to do
Resize the file and re-upload it. Files over 3 MB are auto-downscaled on import; if that still will not fit you get 'Image too large for editor (N MB). Max 3 MB.'.
