PDF, AI or PSD file uploaded fine but shows 'Unsupported Format' on the page
What you are seeing
A PDF, AI or PSD file uploaded fine but shows 'Unsupported Format' on the page
#Why it happens
The library accepts these files and stores them, but gives them the Capable logo as a placeholder thumbnail. The Image reference macro cannot display them, and the Rovo/chat tools refuse them outright.
#What to do
Convert the file to JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP and upload that. In a gallery these files still appear as a file-type icon tile and clicking still downloads them, which is often good enough.
