Export and published sites
Start from what you are seeing rather than from what you think is broken. Each page below names the symptom, explains why it happens, and says what to do about it.
Some of these are expected behaviour, which is worth knowing before you raise a ticket.

Symptom | Usually because |

PDF, AI or PSD file uploaded fine but shows 'Unsupported Format' on the page | The library accepts and stores these files, but shows the Capable logo as a placeholder thumbnail. The Image reference macro cannot display them. |
Published site shows 'This image could not be exported' | Either the image has neither a stored full-size file nor a thumbnail, or it belongs to a different Capable app. |
Caption on the page is different from the caption on the published site | On a page, Show Caption prints the library image's own title (or description). Published sites prefer the Image Title set on the macro and only fall back to the image's own title. |
