What you are seeing
The caption on the page is different from the caption on the published site
#Why it happens
On a page, Show Caption prints the library asset's own title (or description). The published-site exporter prefers the Image Title stored on the macro and only falls back to the asset title.
#What to do
Set the macro's Image Title to match the library asset title if you want them to agree.
#Limits that apply here
Limit | Value | What happens |
|---|---|---|
Stored asset description length | 250 characters | An Unsplash caption plus author credit can be cut mid-sentence. |
