What you are seeing

A gallery I created by pasting a folder link looks different from one I inserted from the macro browser

#Why it happens

Inserting from the macro browser applies the nicer insert defaults (corner radius 8, gap 16, small shadow) plus any tenant brand guidelines.

#What to do

Open the pasted gallery's Style tab and set the values you want. There is no way to make a pasted link pick up the insert defaults automatically.

#A few things that catch people out

  • Folders are flat. A folder is always created with the space as its container, so there is no parent-folder field and no sub-folders.
