Something is missing or looks wrong
Start from what you are seeing, not from what you think is broken. Each page below names the symptom, explains why it happens and tells you what to do.
Several of these are the product working as designed, so it is worth a quick check here before you raise a ticket.

Gallery does not appear in a PDF or Word export | The Image folder gallery has no PDF or Word export version. |
Gallery does not appear on a published Capable Site | Published Capable Sites don't support the Image folder gallery. The folder listing and its download links only work inside Confluence. |
Referenced image is the wrong size on a published site | A published site keeps the alignment, caption, corner radius, shadow and border, but ignores Width, Height and Aspect Ratio. The image uses the site's own image styling instead. |
An attachment I know exists is missing from the 'Attached images' view | That view only lists JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, SVG, WebP, TIFF and TIF files. AVIF, HEIC, ICO and JFIF attachments never appear. It also leaves out the CAPABLEASSETSTORE space, generated previews and Capable's own library images. |
