# Something is missing or looks wrong

Start from what you are seeing rather than from what you think is broken. Each page below names the symptom, explains why it happens, and says what to do about it.

Several of these are the product working as designed, which is worth knowing before anybody raises a ticket.

| Referenced image is the wrong size on a published site                     | The site exporter reproduces alignment, caption, corner radius, shadow and border, but ignores Width, Height and Aspect Ratio. The published image falls back to the site's own image styling. |
| Attachment I know exists is missing from the 'Attached images' view        | That view is an index-driven sweep restricted to jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, svg, webp, tiff and tif. AVIF, HEIC, ICO and JFIF attachments never appear. It also deliberately excludes the CAPAB |
