Somebody deleted the published copy, but the source page still says Published.
#Why it happens
Nothing tidies up the source page when a published copy is deleted. In the Capable Suite that clean-up is switched off, and the standalone Publishing app and the Approval app do not notice deleted pages at all.
#What to do
Either republish the page, which recreates the copy and repairs the link, or clear the page's state with the bin icon in the byline if you no longer want it published.
