Bulk publish Confluence pages
To bulk publish Confluence pages, open the space's Publishing page. Use the Publish button next to Unpublished on the Dashboard to publish every unpublished page, or Space settings, Maintenance, Publish all to publish every page and folder. The run includes every matching page, however many.
#Before you start
You need | Why |
|---|---|
Space administrator of the source space | Only they see the bulk buttons and Space settings. |
Space administrator of the target space | A bulk run checks both spaces. |
No other maintenance task running | Only one runs per space at a time. |
#Steps
Open the space and select Capable Publishing in the sidebar (in the Suite, Capable, then Publishing).
On the Dashboard, select the button next to a status: Publish for Unpublished, Update for Outdated or Moved, Retry for Invalid or Failed.
For a first load or a full re-sync, select Space settings under Manage, open the Maintenance tab, select Publish all, then Start Full Sync.
Follow the progress panel on the Dashboard. Select Cancel to stop it.
Open Audit log under Manage and select the run to read its log.
#What happens next
The run lists every matching page first, then publishes folders and parent pages before their children. Blog posts are never included. Since 19 October 2026 there is no 250 or 1,000 page cut-off, although the button tooltips still say Limited to 1000 pages.
