What you are seeing
Pages stopped going Outdated / Moved / Out of sync, but manual publishing still works.
#Why it happens
The checks that keep page statuses up to date only run when the app is licensed. If the site is unlicensed, the licence has expired, or you are on an evaluation without a licence, those checks stop. Pages then never move to Outdated, Moved or Out of sync, while manual publishing carries on as normal.
#What to do
Check the app's licence status in Manage apps.
Until it is licensed, treat statuses as unreliable. Republish pages rather than relying on Outdated to tell you something has changed.
