A page I just published is missing from the Published list, or the dashboard counts look wrong.
#Why it happens
Every list, count and bulk selection comes from Confluence's search index rather than live data. Confluence needs a little time to index the new publish record.
#What to do
Wait for Confluence to re-index, then refresh. In the meantime, the page byline shows the true, live state. While the index is behind, it warns "Content not yet indexed. Data may be unreliable until indexed".
