What you are seeing
I pressed "Save without rebuild" and my published pages moved anyway.
#Why it happens
Capable starts a rebuild whenever the saved settings change the hierarchy mode, parent page, homepage inclusion or target space on an already-enabled space. It does this whichever dialog button you pressed.
#What to do
Treat any Structure or Target change on an enabled space as a rebuild, and plan the timing to suit. This is a known defect: the button doesn't do what it says.
