Confluence search index (CQL)
Nothing to configure, but expect index lag.

Publishing writes a searchable content property on both the source page and the published copy. That property is what makes a published page show as "Published page", and it is what every space page list, dashboard count and bulk selection queries. Because those views read Confluence's search index rather than live state, they lag behind reality for a while after a change.
