What you are seeing
Capable appears in the restriction list of my source pages and I did not put it there.
#Why it happens
Publishing adds its own app user to the restrictions of your source pages, with read and update access. It needs this to read and republish restricted content. It adds itself again whenever someone edits the restrictions on a page in a space where publishing is on.
#What to do
Leave it in place. If you remove it, it is added back the next time restrictions change, and without it publishing of restricted pages fails. If that is not acceptable, turn publishing off for that space.
