# Pages stopped going Outdated / Moved / Out of sync, but manual publishing still works

Pages stopped going Outdated / Moved / Out of sync, but manual publishing still works.

## Why it happens

All the Confluence event listeners that keep statuses current only run on a licensed site. On an unlicensed, expired or evaluation-without-licence site they do not fire.

## What to do

Check the app's licence status in Manage apps. Until it is licensed, treat statuses as unreliable and republish rather than relying on Outdated to tell you.
