Approve several Confluence pages at once
To approve several Confluence pages at once, tick two or more rows in Capable Search results and choose Approve, Reject or Comment in the action bar, or drag cards into Approved on the Approval inbox. Bulk actions cannot collect an authenticator code, so in spaces that require one, answer each page on its own.
#Before you start
You need | Why |
|---|---|
Capable Search | Bulk actions in search results need the Search capability, included in Capable for Confluence. |
To be an approver on the pages | Pages you cannot answer fail individually and are listed at the end. |
#Steps
In Capable Search, open the Pending approvals view, or your own search with approval columns.
Tick two or more rows.
Select Approve, Reject or Comment in the action bar that appears.
Watch the progress bar, then check the per-page results at the end for anything that failed.
#Without Search
On a wide screen, the Approval inbox lets you drag cards from the waiting column into Approved or Rejected one after another. See Track approvals.
#If it does not work
Every page in the batch failed: the space most likely requires an authenticator code. Respond to each page individually. See Sign approvals with a code.
Some pages failed: you are not an approver on them. The buttons appear for every selected row whether or not you can act on it.
