Global settings auto-saves about two seconds after your last click, with no Save button and no confirmation. Changes take up to a minute to reach other users, and up to five in an already-open tab.

There is no theme, language or date-format setting. Capable follows your Confluence appearance setting.
Two user settings live in the browser rather than your account: relative dates, and saved heading presets.
There is no screen for configuring notifications.
