Editions
The suite is the only Capable app with editions. Your edition comes straight from Atlassian, and an installation that has never switched edition is treated as Standard.
Three things need Advanced, and one of them is not all-or-nothing.

Sites is not Advanced-only, and Forms is not either. Sites works on Standard with a lower site allowance, and Forms works on Standard with only the plain text input. Quality is the one that genuinely requires Advanced.

Creating a fourth site on Standard fails with a message naming the Advanced allowance.
#How Advanced capabilities look on Standard
They are removed from the Capable navigation, but still advertised in an Advanced section at the bottom of the More menu. Clicking one opens a help page rather than navigating to it.
Pricing is not documented here. Edition names and feature limits come from the product itself. Actual prices are on the Atlassian Marketplace listing, which is the authoritative source.
#A few things worth knowing
An installation reporting no edition is treated as Standard, so a new install behaves as Standard until Atlassian says otherwise.
Editions apply to the whole site. There is no per-space edition.
Switching a capability off does not change your edition or your bill.
