Insert (+) menu
The + menu groups its options under Image, Diagram and Other. Three options are always there: From upload (for images, and only where the editor belongs to a page), From web (adds a placeholder image address for you to edit) and From code (adds a starter Mermaid diagram).
From library, for both images and diagrams, comes from the Images and Diagrams capabilities, so you need the Capable Suite to see it.

#Worth knowing
A new macro can keep checking for its content for about two and a half minutes before giving up. A newly created template can take a few seconds to show up in the list.
