What you are seeing
I cannot upload an image while editing a library template. 'Cannot upload images to a template'.
#Why it happens
Uploads become page attachments, and a library template does not belong to a page, so there is nothing to attach the image to.
#What to do
Insert the image from the Capable Images library (Suite), or reference an external URL.
