Image upload and paste
When you upload or paste an image into a markdown document, Capable attaches the file to the Confluence page that shows the document and adds an image link to your markdown. If the page is already published, the attachment is still added to it.
You can drop these file types onto the macro: bmp, gif, ico, jfif, jpeg, jpg, png, svg, tiff and webp.

#Worth knowing
For readers who are not signed in, diagram code blocks show as plain code and images show as alt text. This is deliberate, not a fault.
Images you add to a document attach to the page that shows it, not to the document itself. If you move the document or show it on another page, the images can break.
Every admin setting that affects markdown is shared across Capable apps. The Permissions tab in particular governs the whole Global library, which diagrams, images, calendar and search also use.

Image load timeout: 15 seconds. After that the image is replaced by a note saying it timed out.
