Typed a title on my markdown macro and nothing changed on the page
What you are seeing
You typed a title in the Markdown macro settings, but the page looks the same.
#Why it happens
Two things get in the way. First, the title only shows when 'Show border' is on. With the border off, there is nowhere to show it. Second, the title you type is saved with the markdown document itself, and the macro header shows the document's title rather than a macro setting.
#What to do
Turn on 'Show border' in the macro settings. The header will then show the document's title. On a published Capable Site, the title appears as a heading whether or not the border is on.

The duplicate-title check only looks at documents stored directly in the space's Capable storage. If the check itself fails, the save goes ahead anyway.
