You need

Why

Capable Quality, or the Capable Suite on the Advanced edition

Quality is part of Capable Quality for Confluence and the Advanced edition of the Capable Suite.

Capable Search

The Quality filter, column and panel appear in Capable Search when Quality is installed.

Pages indexed

The filter and column use each page's stored scan.

#Steps

  1. Open Capable Search: select Capable Search in the space sidebar or the Apps menu (in the Suite, Capable, then Search).

  2. Select Select filters and add Quality.

  3. On the Quality chip, tick one or more rules, such as Missing Alt Text or Heading Sequence. Pages that break any ticked rule are listed.

  4. Select Select columns and tick Quality to show how many issues each page has.

  5. Select a row. In the side panel, under Tools, select Quality. Its badge shows the number of findings.

#What you can do from there

The Quality panel is the same Page Quality view as the byline, with Fix, Dismiss, Rescan and Restore all. You need edit permission on the page to change it.

The Quality filter covers the content rules, such as alt text, headings and language. For blocked links use the Domains filter, and for stale pages or labels use the lists in Capable Quality.
