Per-form responses view
Opening a form shows one row per PAGE carrying it, with fixed columns Page, Space, Modified, Responded by, Responded at, then one dynamic column per field ID headed by that field's label. 25 rows per page with Next/Previous and Refresh - there is no jump-to-page. Opened inside a space it is scoped to that space.

#Worth knowing
Input macros placed outside a Form container are never indexed: they do not reach the catalogue, the responses table, the CSV export, the byline drill-down or the search panel.
The catalogue's "Responses" column counts PAGES carrying the form, not submissions, and counts pages where nothing was ever filled in.
Anyone who can VIEW a page can read every answer on it, through the page, the byline panel and the search panel. Read access to responses cannot be restricted separately from read access to the page.
The responses table's field columns are derived from the 25 rows currently on screen, so paging can change the column set.
