Confluence labels starting capable_forms_ keep reappearing on our pages.
#Why it happens
Forms adds capable_forms_page and one capable_forms_{formId} label to every page carrying a form, as the app, and re-applies them whenever the page is re-indexed. It also deletes labels matching that prefix that it no longer wants.
#What to do
This is expected, and only labels matching those patterns are touched. Deleting them does not break browsing - the catalogue falls back to a property-based search - but they will return on the next save.
